The last few weeks have been busy and kind of a blur for us.
We are getting acclimated to the weather - which is great for winter. It has been in the 70s and mid 60s.
The landscape here is very different from what we are accustomed to.
Actually it reminds me a lot of the interior of Florida from years ago.
The people here have been very nice to us.
We have developed a list of the things we want to see while we are here...it is a very long list!
It still feels funny - this traveling thing. To still be in your "house" but your house is somewhere else.
We open our door and...yep...theres Texas.
We will be updating much more now. We already have some observations to share with you.
Need to get going already this morning but will write again tomorrow.

The rolling home is a wonderful magic carpet. Ours kept us rolling for seven and a half years, and it still is in service, only not on an every day basis. It has taken us through three-fourths of this country, and is itching, right along with us, for more adventure. Ain't it great to have wheels under your living room carpet!
still wishing our wheels would roll more often, but glad we have them. that in itself was a big step forward.
